Happy Birthday Luke!

We celebrated Luke's 3rd birthday last week. We had grandparents, Uncle Eli, Dawson, and Fisher over for cake and ice cream.
The excitement all started when guests started arriving, and Luke saw presents. He ripped into the gifts so quick!
He loved his Cars cake! He was with me when I ordered it, and he kept asking where it was.
A new play house from Grandma and Grandpa Dawson, the kids loved it! I don't think that the kids even noticed that it was freezing outside.
New skates from Grandma and Grandpa Jenkins. He wears them every morning. He's getting pretty quick on them. I can't wait for the weather to be a bit nicer so that he can go out and try his bike, going down the hallway is fun for about 5 minutes.

More Easter Festivities!

We had another Easter Egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa Dawson's after church on Sunday. Abby got mad after just a few minutes, Luke got stuck on the first thing he found, he didn't want to get anymore... My nephew, Fisher, loved it, and my nephew, Dawson, was a pro. He got all his stuff the quickest. The kids had a great time! My favorite part was when Fisher said that Abby was a princess in her Easter dress. It seems that from when you're a little kid to when you are an adult, holidays some how lose a bit of magic... Then you have your own kids, and they get better each year. It's so fun to watch the kids go crazy and enjoy all the fun.

Easter Egg Hunt

Grandma & Grandpa Dawson, Courtney, Dawson, and Fisher and us Dawsons went to the Plain City Easter Egg hunt.  It was fun to watch the boys play together. Abigail was sure good at getting the candy. She had to make sure her basket was on her arm at all times. She loved it. Abby thinks she's the little princess of the group being the only girl and all. As you can see in the group picture, she doesn't want to share her 'Sharla's' lap with anybody.

Happy Visit

This is how Luke felt about his "Happy Visit" at the Dentist. It wasn't that bad the whole time, only when it came to him sitting in the chair by himself. He started out on my lap, and that was great for him, then I wanted to take a picture of him in the chair. He darted off my lap and cried. So they never actually got to look in his mouth, but that's what happy visits are for, they just want to make kids like the Dentist. He got stickers and a tooth brush, then he was so happy.

After we got in the car to leave, he told me that he liked the dentist.  So all in all, it was a good day.

Prom 2008

Blake is all ready for the big prom.  He came over to our house to borrow our car, and I just had to get a picture.  He looks so handsome!  We love hanging out with Blake, he's one of our favorite people to be around!
