Hailey Dawson

She's here! We're so happy our little girl is home.

She was born Thursday, May 27th at 11:33 p.m. (13 days early)
She weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz.
She was 19 1/2 inches long

We love her so much, she's such a sweet little thing. I have three of the best helpers, the kids can't get enough of her. We're so blessed to have another happy and healthy baby in our family.

Preschool graduation

Luke had his preschool graduation last Thursday, and today he was already telling me he missed school. It might be a long summer, he loved going to school. He talks a lot about Kindergarten and how he'll get to go soon... it probably won't feel soon to him.
Sometimes I wonder why the kids can't cooperate for a family picture just once and look at the camera at the same time. I don't even care if they smile, just look the same way.

Luke had a great time, it was fun to see him around all of his buddies.

progress

Well, I've been checking things off my to-do list like crazy... I just have a few more things to do than I'll post some pictures of my projects. I had a burst of energy a couple of weeks ago, and now It's definitely dwindling, so I'm trying to finish up all that I started before I'm completely dissolved of energy.

The girls being goofy. Carly pulls this surprised/scared look a lot.

Abby's always asking to take pictures of her hair. She's so proud that it's growing. She tells me all the time that she'll never cut her hair again.

A couple of weeks ago, Luke and Ab were eating Robin eggs and my Mom stopped by. She showed them how to apply them as lipstick. They were so excited... I'm glad they're all gone now, they started rubbing them on everything.
Chicken pox? Well this is what I'm thinking she's got. It started out with just a few then spread. She's even had her vaccine, but that's why I'm thinking that they stayed only under her arm and on her side. I heard that if vaccinated kids get chicken pox it's usually contained to one area. I called the nurse and she said if they don't get scabs, then it's a yeast infection, but now they're all scabby and clearing up, so hopefully it will just keep getting better.
This was Abby when I let her know she couldn't go to church on Sunday. When I put her dress on I saw that they were spreading more, I thought she definitely couldn't go. She sulked in her dress for a while. She was happier when I told her she could go to Grandma's house while I went and taught my lesson. (Ben had to work) Luke was overjoyed that he didn't have to go to church. I probably should work on that. I was hoping he would be a little sad, but he wasn't.
