Even with a hurt hamstring, Blake decided to still compete at state track. As soon as he lifted his leg to go over the first hurdle, his hamstring gave in. I'm proud of him for all the accomplishments he's made this season. I just wish he could have finished his last race. If you can't tell, Blake's the one laying on the ground.

Indiana
Ben and I flew to Indiana with Larry and Sharla. We came to visit Fred and his family, and for Porter's baby blessing.
Heather is a pro at making hair bows, so we got all her stuff out to make some for Abby. Kaitlyn kept calling her Gabby, it was cute.
And of course what Sunday is complete without watching sports! The Jazz/Lakers game was on and so the men are planted on the couch. Little Porter was blessed today, I was glad that we could be here to share his special day.
Sweet little Sadie has been going through chemotherapy for her cancer, and she's such a trooper! She's doing great!
The day after the blessing, we took Kaitlyn to the zoo. It was kinda fun being there with just Ben, but we missed having the kids with us.
Our favorite part of the trip was coming home to these two cuties!

long day
I love it when my day is filled with things to do (fun things that is). Today we played outside at Grandma's, went to Scouts, and then went to my brother's track meet. The kids were SO tired on the way home. Luke even told me he was tired, and he needed to go to sleep. Sleeping kids never cease to amaze me. They're just so sweet and peaceful!
