Birthday Hike

We took the kids up 27th street to hike to the pond.  It's an easy hike, and the kids can play in the water while the women visit.  Jessica is the birthday woman, so we had pizza and cupcakes to celebrate.

The kids thought they were so brave and wanted to play Chicken at the top of the street.  Beau saw a car coming, and he got up and ran.  They're hilarious when they're all together.

summer stuff

June started out kinda slow while we were adjusting to finding new friends.  Since we're no longer in a subdivision, we don't have as many friends close by.  The kids are playing more together and I love seeing it.

The pictures I find on my phone are so funny!

We go to Lorin Farr quite a bit.

Best brothers

We met our friends at the park after a baseball game one night.

We found a branch at the park, and the kids really wanted to plant it in the sand.

We went over to the Stringham's to babysit while Jess had to go somewhere.  The kids made a pretend firepit.

Grandma Barb bought a giant play doh set... it's kept the kids busy.

baseball

Abigail and Luke were the only two to do baseball this year.  Luke signed up with his Harrisville friends, and Abigail got put on a team with Harrisville, Plain City, North Ogden, and Farr West people.  Luckily she knew one other person.  They both did great and had lots of fun.

Lagoon

Ben had his annual Lagoon day for work.  I hung out with the three youngest, and Ben, Abigail, and Luke went off and did the big kid stuff.  We met up at the end and got a picture all together.  I love going to Lagoon and seeing the kids having such a great time!

Isaac really hates loud noises.  We had to force him into the car.

And also this ride... he was smiling so big when it was about half way through.  Afterwards, he said he loved it!

Burger Bar

We celebrated the first week of summer by going to the Burger Bar with Grandma Sharla and Grandpa Larry.  They were even so thoughtful to bring a table and chairs for the kids to eat at.  The kids are lucky to have such wonderful Grandparents!

The girls have been begging me to make a fruit pizza since our friends made us one when Isaac was born... so we finally made one for dessert.
