Las Vegas!

Ben's has a yearly work trip in Las Vegas.  It usually falls over our anniversary, so I went with him.  We went a couple of days early so that we could hang out with my baby brothers.  

 The boys went golfing on Saturday as soon as we rolled into town.

 Us women folk stayed home and played with the kiddos.  I miss seeing these three cute boys!

 We stayed the night at Blake and April's and went to church with them on Sunday.  Ben's feet always hang over the bed, which he prefers, but I just thought it was so funny that they had to be in different holes in the bed frame.  He said he was extremely comfortable.

 When we got to our hotel, we went walking around to find dinner.  We ate at Buddy V's.

 When Ben was stuck at a work conference one day, we all met on Brent and Blake's lunch hour.

 I can't believe it's been 14 years together, we are blessed to have such a wonderful life.

We ate at Bubba Gump's on our anniversary, and our last night in Vegas.  It was such a fun trip, but a really long time to be away from the kids.  We missed them so much!  We're also blessed to have the best grandparents to look after them while we were gone.

 Carly had a fun activity day, where they raked leaves for Sister Bastian.

 Grandma Barb took Isaac to his preschool field trip at the fish farm.

After the fishfarm, they visited Grandma Dixie and Grandpa Donald, for Grandma Dixie's birthday.

Fremont football game

 We were able to watch two fun events at the football game.  Luke's football team ran out onto the field with Fremont's team, and the two little girls did Jr. Silverline at half time.

 It all happened so fast, I didn't get a picture of him running out, but here he is when he finished.

It was fun to watch these two dance together.  They got to be with new friends and old, they loved it.

The house among other things

Isaac was so excited to jump into this tiny pile of leaves.

 I raked it up over and over for him to play in.

After the framers leave for the day, we all go explore the house and see what's new.

So fun to see it finally taking shape.

I am over the Relief Society enrichment activities each month.  For October, we did a 'Witches Night Out'.  It was a lot of fun.

The loft abobe the garage finally got a floor, and the kids love to sit up there.  It gives me a heart attack.  So I let them sit for a minute and then escort them back down the stairs.

running and pumpkins

My girls had their boosterthon fundraiser at school.  Isaac and I cheered on the kids and helped mark off laps on their tags.  Some how we missed Hailey :(

After school, we met up at the park for our pizza picnic.  This year we grew our own pumpkins in the garden behind our new house.  They were huge!  The kids loved them... we had some baby ones too for the little kids.

 A few days before we were going to pick the pumpkins, Luke stuck a note to the one he wanted.  

 Aunt April was visiting from Vegas, and she brought these cute face masks for the girls!  

They loved them. 

 Isaac had such a long day, he fell asleep at the table.

I tried to wake him, but he just kept sleeping no matter where I moved him to.

Sunday

Sundays are the best days.

 We went to the Dawson's for dinner.  We took a walk to see the ducks.
