photo shoot

I'm really trying to get a picture of all three kids smiling, in a good pose, and looking at the camera at the same time. It's impossible! At least they're all looking.

Luke's always fun to take pictures of, he just pulls a few funny faces and then he's done.

This is my nephew, Beau, he's so adorably chubby!

Isn't this cute? I think they're both checkin' out Carly's toes. It's hard to believe that Beau is five days younger than Carly, with him being so much bigger!

Carlykins

Carly is 6 months old... wow that went by fast! In my mind she should still be a little newborn baby. She's such a sweet, sweet baby. She's very content and a big time mama's girl. She loves... sucking her thumb, grabbing her toes, bananas, and Abigail's hugs.
Her 6 month stats:
16 lbs. -60%
26 1/2 in. -90%
head -50%

two cute chefs

This is what Santa brought Abigail and Carly for Christmas this past year. To my surprise, Luke loved it the most. I think he 'cooks' more than Ab. My Mom made Ab a hat and apron to go with her kitchen, then later decided Luke would feel bad if he didn't have them too. So she did some for Luke.

I didn't know where I was going to put it .... it obviously wasn't going to fit in their room... so I put it right off of my kitchen. When I'm making dinner, and the kids try and 'help' me, I tell them to make me some dinner in their kitchen. Then I can get dinner done a little quicker and a lot more tidy.

Elder Jenkins

My baby brother got his mission call on Wednesday. He will be serving in the Columbia Barranquilla mission. He'll be speaking Spanish and he leaves June 10th. Blake has such a good heart, and he is a hard worker, I know he will be a wonderful missionary.

Tight Squeeze

I wasn't sure how I would work having three beds in one tiny room, but we got it figured out. Everyone got a hand-me-down bed, Luke got Fisher's, Ab got Luke's, and Car got Ab's. The dresser went in the closet and there's just enough room to walk in and out. Luke and Abby are loving their beds, and they stay up talking a lot later because their beds are right next to each other. Carly is still in our room in a cradle for a couple weeks, until the kids get used to the new arrangement.
