December stuff

Abigail did so great at her choir concert, she looked so pretty too.

Isaac loves Lola.  He says that she is his dog and wants to bring her home.

We visited Grandpa Jay at work

Everybody wants a snuggle from Ike.  Usually you have to bribe him with a story.

We watched Elf as a family, and Ike zonked out in the first minute.

 Visiting Grandma Pearl

Luke and Austin at their school Christmas party.

They had a fun sing a long in the gym with the whole school.

She got a friend party this year, and invited Kapree, Kate, Ellie, and Leah

We ate pizza at the house, and then Grandma Sharla helped drive all the girls to the theatres to see Moana.  Then we came back for presents and cake and ice cream.

Her Grandparents came over after her friends left, for another party.  It was a long day full of fun.

The first part of December 2016

Abi did the cutest book report.  It was on the book MaryEllen.

I love our tiny tree.  I get so happy when I walk downstairs and see it.

Ben and I went and saw Jim Gaffigan.  He was hilarious, but I was SO tired that I fell asleep in the middle of it.

Abi and her friend, Kate, sold pop corn for their business day.

I went to parent teacher conference and Luke's teacher asked if I could pick Luke's pumpkin out of all the other ones.  Of course I could, because it was easily the most creative.  I love seeing all the neat art projects he brings home.
We went to Harrisville park to go sledding with our bestie, Jake.  He pulled Ike around on the sled forever, Ike just loves him.

We went to the Jazz game with Jed and Shannon

We love to go visit Grandma Ruth.  The kids love exploring her house and seeing all of her knick knacks.  I can't relax until we all get back in the car, far away from the breakables.

Grandma Barb made lots of sugar cookies so the kids could make and decorate their cookie Christmas trees.

Thanksgiving 2016

For Thanksgiving this year, we rented a house in Cedar City.  My Parents and all of my siblings came with their families.  It was so fun.  The house was so full of things to do, the kids were so entertained the whole trip.  One day, the guys and Abi went shooting, we went to a really fun park, but mostly the kids wanted to stay at the house.

On the way down we hit a terrible snow storm and Isaac was so sad and wanted me to sit by him.

I loved cooking dinner with my Mom and Sisters

The weather was perfect.  All the kids ate their turkey dinner on the deck.

 All the Jenkins grandkids

Jed won a huge favorite uncle point when he play risk with Luke, Beau, and Abi.  I can't play this game with my kids, I have no patience for it.

So many cute things for the kids to play dress up with.

November 2016

I love how much time Ike and I have together with the kids being at school.

The elementary had a fun run for a fundraiser.  The kids did so good and they loved it.  I went to help mark shirts as they did laps.

Ike ran a few laps and then got lost in the school for a while... which is a regular occurance.

Whenever my kids lose their two front teeth, I feel that they official graduate from being a little kid and turn into a kid.  They just look so grown up without those baby teeth.   I love this stage when their smile is crooked and their teeth are way too big for their mouth.

Our back yard always has kids in it.  Ours or someone else's.  I love it, we have the best friends and neighbors.

Luke made some paper airplanes for his science fair project.

He did a great job with his preparation and presentation.  Of course Ben should get recognition too, he really helped a lot.

All of us girls got sick of our hair.  During the month of November, we cut 15 inches total between us four girls.

I don't know if this is a before or after picture of Carly.  She actually didn't want any cut off, but felt left out when I was cutting the other two.  So she asked for a quarter of an inch taken off.

 cute kiddos playing together

Carly made some fun stuff at her pow wow

Ike loves to help his Grandpa Larry

Abigail's class won a pizza party for doing so well during the fun run.  Since I was helping with the party, Ike got to eat pizza and watch the movie too.

We loved all the snow this year!  So many cute snowmen were built.

Abigail and Kate had a choir concert at the Farr West tree lighting ceremony.  Photo bomb by Tawna, Kate's mom.

I joined PTA this year, and I felt like we were constantly at the school.  Most days Isaac loved it.  Some days, he was dragging his feet and being grouchy.
