Luke's school choir sang at Farr West's Christmas lighting this year. A few schools sang then Santa arrived, and we got hot chocolate and donuts. Luke loved choir, his voice became raspy a few weeks into choir and didn't go away until Christmas break. It took me a while to put two and two together as to why he talked like that.
We're always so grateful that we have Grandmas to come and support the kids.
My Mom made a billion cookies again this year for the kids to make their star trees. They loved it!
Hailey is such a little Daddy's girl.
Shopping with Isaac.
I'm pretty sure I take a picture of his lashes daily.
I helped with Carly's school Christmas party.
Luke saw us, so he came and entertained Isaac for a while.
Someone asked which Kindergarten class Hailey was in. They were surprised that she's only in preschool because of how well she colored and wrote her name.
The cutest activity was where the kids made a strand of Christmas lights with their thumb prints.
After the school party, I took all the kids to Smith and Edwards to get Dad a gift. Luke and Ab were still in their P.J.'s from their party at school. We happened to run into Santa there. When the kids all got in for the picture, he told me to put the baby on his lap. I told him the Ike was asleep, so we would leave him out.
He didn't want Ike to grow up looking at that picture without him. He told me to carefully pull down the sunshade and that he would sneak by the car seat for a picture. He also told me that I should call him the most accommodating Santa ever. The kids loved him and thought he was probably the real Santa.
